AZ Legislators Violated their Oath of Office

The National Popular Vote if Ever Passed Would Turn the USA into a Socialist Nation Permanently!

In their infinite wisdom, the United States’ Founders created the Electoral College to ensure the STATES were fairly represented. Why should one or two densely populated areas speak for the whole of the nation?

The following list of statistics has been making the rounds on the Internet. It should finally put an end to the argument as to why the Electoral College makes sense.

There are 3,141 counties in the United States.

Trump won 3,084 of them.

Clinton won 57.  There are 62 counties in New York State.

Trump won 46 of them.

Clinton won 16. Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes. In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens)

Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. (Clinton only won 4 of these counties; Trump won Richmond)

Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country. These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles.

The United States is comprised of 3,797,000 square miles.

When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election.

Large, densely populated Socialist Democrat cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc.) DO NOT and SHOULD NOT speak for the rest of our country!

The above information has been verified and documented that those aforementioned 319 square miles are where the majority of our nation’s problems foment.

The National Popular Vote or NPSV!

I don’t believe much if any attention is being paid to the NPSV or National Popular Socialist Vote which was Sponsored by GRAY  LD 21,  LIVINGSTON / Sponsor LD 22, BOYER LD 20, MESNARD / House Leader LD 17, and passed in the AZ House in the 2016 session, by the way all 4 of these men are now running for the AZ Senate and shouldn’t be elected as apparently don’t understand this would change the Face of the US as far as who sits in the White House, as if Law we’d have had Lying Hillary thanks to these uninformed, misguided by a Lobbyist Reps and their Votes. The bill was tabled in the Senate by then Sen. Biggs as he knew it would pass, because the following GOP Senators Sponsored the Bill: Prime Signor Shooter, Prime Sponsors; Barto and Dial, Co Sponsors Sylvia Allen, Judy Burgess and Kimberly Yee now running for the AZ  State Treasurer, plus other GOPsigners total support 20 Sponsors & Votes, enough to pass and override a Veto, which is why it was tabled by Sen. Biggs or the GOP would have passed it, seems Paid Lobbyists have more Loyalty than the US Constitution they took and Oath to or AZ Voters they’re suppose to Serve. . or for that matter the GOP Platform is against the NPV, so what does that make all these so called Republicans who sponsored and some voted for it?

This is a National Issue which for most is quite simple why would any Republican go against the GOP Platform on this issue knowing that due to all the special gifts of the Socialist Democratic Party to Special Groups they’ll always get more popular votes in the Larger Liberal States such as:Ca., NY, Ill, as well as many in the Larger Cities which added all together gave Al Gore in 2000 and Lying Hillary in 2016 more popular votes and believe we can all figure out what type of country we’d have if they’d have been in the White House, so why then would they Vote 4 the NPV, well for me the only conclusion is the Lobbyist who promoted it has ran or consulted their campaigns and still does and this shouldn’t be allowed to happen, anymore then those who hold office and also work as teachers should be voting on bills like PROP 123 or the new one that the Governor promises even more monies to schools as it’s a definite conflict of interest but no matter in AZ Politics no one seems to have the character needed to stand up to the Gov., Bureaucrats, Lobbyists ,Special Interests and all at a cost to the Tax Paying Citizens who they’re suppose to be serving.

I hope all voters will take this issue as serious as it is, if we allow this type of person to serve themselves and their Political Career Goals the only losers are We the People, as America would most certainly sink into the abyss of Socialism and don’t believe we’d ever be able to Restore it to a Republic, so please keep this in mind when you go to Vote and either vote 4 their GOP Opponent in the Primary and if they don’t have one the Write in Your Own Name and also send them an email or call them and let them know you’re watching them and if they ever attempt this again you’ll recall them.

My answer is NO…., and the Candidates who supported and voted 4 the National Popular Vote shouldn’t be Re-Elected to any office to give them a 2^nd chance at passing this Bad Socialist Bill.  

Does the National Popular Vote Threaten U. S. Republic?

The Definition of a Republic: A state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch.

Many of the AZ’s Republican Legislators voted for the National Popular Vote, this includes my opponent Mr. Livingston in LD 22, who has clearly stated in a conversation at LD 22 on July 16,2018 when asked about my literature for attendees on his support for the National Popular Vote, PROP 123, EPCOR, that if that was all I had to run on no Problem.

His comment about no Problem hopefully will disturb anyone who reads this as it still demonstrates to me his total disregard for the system set up by our Founders to Protect all of us from Majority rule and would take from us the Republican Form of Government we’re guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution, Article 4 Section 4, please keep in mind that if this was Law we’d have had Lying Hillary for our President and if this would have happened what type of Nation would we all be living in today.

Livingston and others have listened to a paid Lobbyist rather than the LD 22 PC’s who represent the people and do so freely, this to me along with a good deal of other bad legislation are the reasons I oppose the re-election or election of any who voted for the National Popular Vote and hope you’ll all check the records of those who voted for it.
